The proposed building would be 24 x 30 feet and <br /> would be located approximately 26 feet from the pavement edge, 12 feet from <br /> the right-of-way. Rla zoning requires a 35 foot front setback for accessory <br /> structures. This request therefore constitutes a 23 foot variance. <br /> The applicant indicated the additional garage space is necessary for storage <br /> of a boat, trailers, and other possessions currently stored outside on the <br /> property.
