RESOLUTION 84-13 <br /> I ES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL I <br /> EXTRACT OF M NUT 0 T N <br /> OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER HELD MAY 14, 1984 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of <br /> the City of Elk River, Minnesota was duly called and held at the First National <br /> Bank Community Room in said City on the 14th day of May, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Mayor Hinkle, Councilmembers <br /> Schuldt, Gunkel, Duitsman, and Engstrom <br /> The following members were absent: None <br /> Councilmember Gunkel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION 84-13; A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE EAST MAIN STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, after due notice of public hearing on the construction of the East Main <br /> Street Improvement project for the City of Elk River, Minnesota, hearing <br /> on said improvements was duly held and the City Council heard all persons <br /> desiring to be heard on the matter and fully considered the same. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, <br /> 411" as follows: <br /> 1 . It is advisable, expedient and necessary that said improvements as <br /> described in the notice of hearing thereon be constructed and the <br /> same are hereby ordered made. <br /> 2. It is advisable, expedient and necessary that street, storm sewer and <br /> sanitary sewer recommended and found to be feasible by Consulting <br /> Engineers Diversified are hereby ordered made. <br /> 3. The improvements described in said notice of hearing are hereby designated <br /> and shall be known as the East Main Street Improvement Project. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Duitsman and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br /> in favor thereof: <br /> Councilmembers Duitsman, Schuldt, Gunkel and Engstrom <br /> The following voted against the same: None <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 14th day of May, <br /> 1984. <br /> •ichard Hinkle, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Phyllis Boedigheimer,/ City Clerk <br />
