RESOLUTION 83-2 <br /> EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER HELD JANUARY 17, 1983 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of <br /> the City of Elk River, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Elk River Public <br /> Library in said City on the 17th day of January 1983 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Mayor Hinkle and Councilmembers Schuldt, <br /> Engstrom, Gunkel and Duitsman. <br /> The following members were absent: None <br /> Councilmember Duitsman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION 83-2, A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE SCHOOL STREET DRAINAGE AREA STORM <br /> DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. <br /> WHEREAS, after due notice of public hearing on the construction of the School Street <br /> drainage area storm drainage improvement project for the City of Elk River, <br /> Minnesota, hearing on said improvements was duly held and the City Council <br /> heard all persons desiring to be heard on the matter and fully considered <br /> the same. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br /> Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. It is advisable, expedient and necessary that said improvements <br /> as described in the notice of hearing thereon be constructed and <br /> the same are hereby ordered made. <br /> 2. The improvements described in said notice of hearing are hereby <br /> designated and shall be known as the School Street Drainage Area <br /> Storm Drainage Improvement Project. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Schuldt, and upon a vote being taken theron, the following voted <br /> in favor thereof: <br /> Councilmembers Engstrom, Gunkel Duitsman and Schuldt <br /> The following voted against the same: None <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 17th day of <br /> January, 1983. <br /> 7 , <br /> ATTEST: Richard Hinkle, Mayor <br /> • <br /> Robert C.
