RESOLUTION 82-11 <br /> EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER HELD JULY 12, 1982 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Elk River, Minneosta, was duly called and held at the Elk River Public Library <br /> in said City on the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> Mayor Hinkle and Councilmembers Schuldt, Engstrom, Toth and Duitsman <br /> The following members were absent: <br /> None <br /> Councilman Toth introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Resolution 82-11, a resolution ordering the School Street improvement project <br /> WHEREAS, after due notice of public hearing on the construction of the School Street <br /> improvement project for the City of Elk River, Minnesota, hearing on said <br /> improvements was duly held and the City Council heard all persons desiring to <br /> be heard on the matter and fully considered the same. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. It is advisable, expedient and necessary that said improvements as described <br /> in the notice of hearing thereon be constructed and the same are hereby <br /> ordered made. <br /> 2. The improvements described in said notice of hearing are hereby designated <br /> and shall be known as the School Street improvement project. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Engstrom and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Councilmembers Engstrom, Toth, Duitsman and Schuldt <br /> The following voted against the same: None <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 12th day of July, <br /> 1982. <br /> ATTEST: 4/ � <br /> 'ichard Hinkle, Mayor <br /> Robert C.
