RESOLUTION 81-30 <br /> A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> TAKEN IN RESOLUTION 81-16 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR PROJECT AND <br /> DIRECTING PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br /> Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, was duly held at the Elk River <br /> Public Library of the 9th day of June, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Mayor Hinkle, Councilmembers Toth, <br /> Duitsman, Engstrom and Schuldt and the following members were absent: None. <br /> Member Toth introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION 81-30, RATIFYING THE CITY COUNCIL ACTION TAKEN ON RESOLUTION <br /> 81-16, A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR PROJECT AND <br /> DIRECTING PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br /> by member Engstrom and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br /> in favor thereof: <br /> Councilmembers Toth, Duitsman, Engstrom and Schuldt <br /> and the following voted against the same: None <br /> WHEREAS, at a regular.meeting of the City Council held on June 9, 1981 , <br /> the City Council did approve Resolution 81-16, ordering the sanitary sewer <br /> interceptor project and directing preparation of final plans and specifications; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, only three affirmative votes were recorded for.Resolution 81-16; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, a minimum of four affirmative votes must be recorded in order to <br /> be a properly ordered project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br /> 0 Minnesota that vote of the City Council of Resolution 81-16 is hereby ratified <br /> by the entire City Council of the City of Elk River. <br /> Signed and adopted this 6th day of July, 1981. <br /> -;-- / fey/, <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> Rc.ert C.
