• <br /> CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 81-10 <br /> ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br /> WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Elk River that the <br /> streets hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid Streets <br /> under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ELK RIVER, S3EURNE <br /> COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the following described roads: <br /> a) 221st Avenue between County Road 1 and Trunk Highway 169; <br /> b) 198th Lane between Tyler Street and Carson Street; <br /> c) Carson Street between 198th Lane and Trunk Highway 169; <br /> d) 5th Avenue between County Road 13 and Trunk Highway 169; <br /> e) Dodge Avenue between 5th Avenue and Elk Hills Drive; <br /> f) Frontage Road between Elk Hills Drive and 193rd Avenue; <br /> g) Evans Street between Railroad Drive and Main Street; <br /> h) Railroad Drive between Evans Street and Main Street; <br /> • i) Upland Street between Trunk Highway 10 and Main Street; <br /> be, and hereby are established, located and designated Municipal State Aid Streets <br /> of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the <br /> State of Minnesota. <br /> 2) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to for- <br /> ward two certifies copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation <br /> for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said roads <br /> or portions thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as Municipal <br /> State Aid Streets of the City of Elk River, to be numbered and known as Municipal <br /> State Aid Streets. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 16th day of March, 1981. <br /> 411,1111! <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Robert Middaugr , City Ads istrator <br />
