Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission was called to order at 8:15 p.m.by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Discussion of Parks and Recreation Master Plan <br /> Mr.Leeseberg stated the goal is to get through the plan and give one full revision to <br /> • HKGi. <br /> The Parks and Recreation Master Plan is intended to provide direction to city <br /> council,the parks and recreation commission, and city staff to guide them in the big <br /> picture decision making that will impact the parks and recreation system. <br /> The Commission reviewed Chapters 1,2 and part of 3. Specific discussions <br /> occurred regarding grammar and content of the various chapters. <br /> 3.
