We <br />interviewed five highly qualified candidates for this position and recommend internal candidate, Anthony <br />Seibert. <br />Mr. Seibert began working for the arena as a part -time employee July 21, 2005. He was promoted to the <br />falltime position of Lead Worker on May 8, 2012. Mr. Seibert has proven to be a valuable employee to <br />the arena and to the city, taking on additional duties while the supervisor position has been vacant as well <br />as serving on the Safety Committee and being hired as one of the fire department's most recent recruits. <br />Mr. Seibert will start this position at step C of pay grade 6. Based on satisfactory performance, Mr. <br />Seibert will be eligible for a step increase is six months.
