A.( <br /> likity of <br /> Elk River TO: PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PATRICK KLAER5 CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> DATE: OCTOBER 26, 1989 <br /> SUBJECT: NOVEMBER 1, 1989 AGENDA MEMO <br /> The next Park and Recreation Commission meeting is scheduled <br /> for Wednesday, November 1, 1989, at 7 :00 p.m. at the Elk River <br /> City Hall Conference Room. Attached for your information are <br /> the draft 10/10/89 Park and Recreation Commission minutes and <br /> the draft survey questions at provided from Decision Resources, <br /> Inc . As you may recall, Mr. Sanders obtained information from <br /> the Commission at the 10/10/89 meeting and relay the issues <br /> that needed to be addressed in the Elk River survey to Decision <br /> Resources, Inc . The Commission and City Council requested an <br /> opportunity to review the questions prior to authorizing the <br /> survey to take place. <br /> 5. Please review the attached material from Decision <br /> Resources, Inc. and make sure to highlight any questions <br /> which you do not feel adequately address the issue. A <br /> representative from Decision Resources, Inc . will be in <br /> attendance at this meeting to get direct feedback from <br /> the Commission regarding any error or omissions within <br /> the proposed survey. <br /> Additionally, at the last Park and Recreation Commission <br /> meeting, there was material that was included within the <br /> agenda packet that related to the existing community <br /> parks . If Commission members have comments regarding <br /> errors or omissions about the inventory at each park, <br /> please feel free to mark up these maps and bring them to <br /> the meeting so that Bill can have all of the accurate <br /> information in putting together his material. <br /> In addtion to the review of the survey questions, it is <br /> expected that Bill will provide an additional update on <br /> the progress he has made in putting together the Parks <br /> Master Plan.
