As part of the site improvements, four parking <br />stalls were installed as required and the driving areas were paved. <br /> <br />Arnie Mach, owner of Gopher State Mini-Storage requests an amendment to the <br />Conditional Use Permit to construct a small office for an auto sales and leasing <br />business in one of the new storage stalls. The office would consist of a heated office <br />with a bathroom.
