The auction has been <br />scheduled for Saturday, April 15, 2000 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the former site of <br />the Morrell Trucking facility, 809 Jackson Avenue. <br /> <br />The zoning code does not regulate auctions specifically, typically they occur without <br />notice within the community. In this instance, however, due to the location of the <br />proposed auction, staff felt that it was in the City's and the Ahner's best interest to ask <br />the City Council to review this request. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
