Consider 5/5/93 Park and Recreation Commission Minutes <br /> • <br /> COMMISSIONER DALEIDEN MOVED TO APPROVE THE 5/5/93 PARK AND RECREATION <br /> COMMISSION MINUTES. Discussion on Mississippi Oaks Park Dedication Requirements <br /> Steve Rohlf stated that the City Council had accepted his <br /> recommendation approving the inclusion of the trail section on the <br /> southwestern corner of the Mississippi Oaks plat in the first phase of <br /> the development. <br /> Gordon Moldenhauer explained that as developers, they propose the <br /> inclusion of three lots (on the southwest corner of 180th Avenue and <br /> Elgin Street) from Phase II as the one acre required park property in <br /> the Phase I development. <br /> Chair Anderson asked if the developer would consider making the park <br /> one and one-half acres instead of one acre.
