The property is located at the west end of <br /> Island View Drive and extends north along the west edge of Belgin Acres. <br /> This area is within the urban service district; however, allows the <br /> subdivision of land into a minimum of 1 acre lots prior to the availability of <br /> water and sewer. <br /> According to the Draft Comprehensive Park and Recreation Plan, a <br /> neighborhood park has been identified for this general area.
