The property <br /> owned by Matt Smith is located in the on the northeast side of Railroad Drive <br /> at between the Evans Avenue and Freeport Avenue alignments. It involves <br /> subdividing a parcel into 2 lots in connection with construction of a twin <br /> home and would allow each home to be on its own lot. The Roger Johnson <br /> • subdivision is located on the west side of Jarvis Street, north of the railroad <br /> tracks. It involves subdividing a 9 acre parcel into 2 lots. The property <br /> contains a single family residence and an industrial building which houses <br /> an excavating business. This subdivision will allow for the house and the <br /> business to be on their own separate lots. <br /> These administrative subdivisions are on the agenda for the August 19, 1996 <br /> City Council meeting.
