Eagle Ridge Estates is <br /> located on the west side of Filmore Street at 178th Ave. It involves subdividing <br /> an 80 acre parcel into 24 lots. Cottages of Elk River is located at the southwest <br /> corner of Jackson Street and Highland Road. It involves subdividing a 17 acre <br /> • parcel into 11 single family residential lots and a 13 acre townhouse parcel for <br /> 14 , four unit townhouses. <br /> These plats are on the agenda for the July 23, 1996 Planning Commission <br /> meeting.
