• The following is a list of individuals that live on Elgin Drive in Elk <br /> River. This is a protest against any bike path that would be build in Phase <br /> II of the Meadowvale Development. We feel that the path in unnecessary. <br /> The street is wide enough for activities such as walking and biking. Our <br /> development is not a heavily traveled area and the safety of our children <br /> is not in jeapordy. The bike path will cause the area to become heavily <br /> traveled which we do not want. It would be a waist of tax payers money <br /> to put this bike path in.
