The trail is currently a dead end at this point until <br /> Moldenhauer's second phase of Mississippi Oaks is developed. Ms. Hallet <br /> has expressed her concern for the use of the trail by teenagers as a place to <br /> "hang out" during late evening hours. In response to her concerns, the city <br /> street and park department has placed a sign on the trail at 180th Street <br /> marking "Trail Closed", and the police department has been asked to <br /> increase their patrol of the area. <br /> Ms. Hallet plans to be present at the meeting to share her concerns with the <br /> • Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> • <br /> 13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
