Windsor Development-Lafayette Woods Plat <br /> This is the plat of the Brady property that has been presented to the Park and <br /> Recreation Commission twice before by Ron Bastier. A copy of the preliminary <br /> plat map and drainage and grading plan are included in the agenda packet. A full- <br /> sized preliminary plat will be available at the regular meeting for the <br /> Commission's consideration. Park dedication will be met with property as per a <br /> previous agreement with Mr. Bastier. The preliminary plat will go to the Planning <br /> Commission on April 25, 1995, for their review. <br /> • 7. Lindquist/Mastley Developers- Weatherwood Plat <br /> This plat is approximately 60 acres that will be subdivided into 21 single family <br /> lots. Since this area is zoned for 21/2 acre lots and not shown to contain a <br /> neighborhood park on the park plan, staff recommends that cash park dedication <br /> fees be accepted. This preliminary plat will also go before the Planning <br /> Commission on April 25, 1995. A copy of the plat is included in the packet. <br /> 8. Grant Application for Property Purchase Under Minnesota DNR Natural and <br /> Scenic Grant Program <br /> As Commissioners will recall, the Grant application by Mike Niziolek was <br /> discussed at the meeting on 3/21/95. Mr. Niziolek is requesting City support for a <br /> state grant to purchase 25 acres of wooded property north of Ridgewood Estates <br /> and east of Woodland Trails Park. It is my understanding that this grant is a 50/50 <br /> match so that if this grant were to be successful, one consideration will be the <br /> funding source for the City's portion of the matching funds.
