Regular Park and Recreation Commission meeting on February 8,1995 <br /> At this meeting an updated trail plan will be discussed. Included with <br /> this packet, is a draft of the revised text for the trail system portion of <br /> the Master Park Plan. This is a rough draft and changes are <br /> anticipated. Staff is recommending that the text of the plan spell out <br /> general policies, but also has as many specifics as possible. <br /> • A revised staff recommended trail system map will be presented at the <br /> meeting. Also, staff hopes to have a cost estimate for the trails on the <br /> proposed plan, for Wednesday night's meeting. <br /> 2. Joint Steering Committee and Park and Recreation Commission <br /> Meeting <br /> On February 9, 1995, starting at 7:00 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, the <br /> Park and Recreation Commission, and the Elk River Steering <br /> Committee (in charge of updating the Comprehensive Plan), will have <br /> a joint meeting.
