Hidden Creek Addition is an 8 lot <br /> residential subdivision located on Meadowvale Road and 193rd Avenue. The <br /> property is about 4.6 acres in size; the plat includes seven developable lots <br /> and one lot with the applicant's house on it. The property is within the urban <br /> service area and will be serviced by municipal sewer and water. There is a <br /> DNR protected stream that splits the property and a wetland in the <br /> northeast corner. <br /> • This plat is on the agenda for the November 25th Planning Commission <br /> meeting. Your comments will be appreciated. <br /> The Jeff Karsten administrative subdivision involves subdividing 3 existing <br /> residential lots into 2 lots. The property is located at the corner of Boston <br /> Street and Meadowvale Road. There are no parks planned for this site and <br /> staff is suggesting a park dedication fee be considered for this application. <br /> This item is on the agenda for the November 17th City Council meeting.
