Dunham Addition is a 4 <br /> lot residential subdivision located on County Road 1 just north of the <br /> intersection with Fresno Street. The property is about 43 acres in size; the <br /> plat includes three 2.5 acres lots and the remaining 35.5 acre lot. <br /> • The site is mostly open with a farmhouse and outbuildings located on the 35 <br /> acre lot; the 3 smaller lots are currently undeveloped. There are no trails or <br /> parks planned for this site according to the Comprehensive Park Plan. Staff <br /> is suggesting a park dedication fee be required for this plat. <br /> This plat is on the agenda for the May 19, 1997 City Council meeting. Your <br /> comments will be appreciated. <br /> • <br /> The Joseph Barsody administrative subdivision involves subdividing a 12 <br /> acre residential lot out of approximately 80 acres. The property is located on <br /> County Road 21 and 217th Avenue NW. There are no parks planned for this <br /> site and staff is suggesting a park dedication fee be considered for this <br /> application. <br /> The Nellie Sachs administrative subdivision involves subdividing a 21.5 acre <br /> parcel into a 6 acre lot and a 15.5 acre lot. The 15.5 acre lot contains a single <br /> family residence and the 6 acre lot is undeveloped. The property is located on <br /> the northwest corner of County Road 32 and County Road 1. There are no <br /> parks planned for this site and staff is suggesting a park dedication fee be <br /> considered for this application. <br /> • These administrative subdivisions are on the agenda for the May 19, 1997 <br /> City Council meeting.
