Development Request for <br /> Preliminary Plat for Oak Run, <br /> Case No. P 96-15 <br /> Attached for your review is the preliminary plat for Oak Run. The plat is <br /> located between County Road 32 and County Road 1 at 210th Ave. <br /> alignment. It involves subdividing a 9 acre parcel into 3 lots. Access to the <br /> site will be via 211th Ave to Ogden Street; 210th Ave. will be constructed to <br /> access the lots. The applicant is proposing to cul de sac 210th at the third lot; <br /> staff is going to recommend that 210th be extended to the eastern boundary <br /> of the plat. The site is mostly wooded and level. One of the lots will contain <br /> the existing single family house and the adjacent properties to the north and <br /> • south contain single family homes also. The property to the east is <br /> undeveloped. <br /> This plat is on the agenda for the January 28, 1997 Planning Commission <br /> meeting.
