Staff recommends the following reservation policy for <br /> Woodlands Trails Park. <br /> Recommendation <br /> • 1. Reservations shall be posted at least 2 weeks in advance of any scheduled event <br /> that involves more than 20 people. <br /> 2. Events include practice times, as well as competitive meets. <br /> 3. Reservation forms can be obtained from the receptionist at City Hall and will be <br /> posted by park department employees. <br /> 4. No deposit will be required. <br /> 5. Events must allow general public use of some of the park trails. The event trails <br /> and the open trails must be clearly marked on a map posted at the trailhead. <br /> 6. Event organizers are to be held responsible for notifying the Elk River Country <br /> Club if any event activities encroach on country club activities or property. <br /> 7.
