ver <br />Councilmember Westgaard introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />Resolution � S- os <br />A Resolution of the 0ty of Mk River Acknowledging Contributions <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br />individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $50,000 donation from The Trust for Public <br />Land with the intent it be used by the Parks and Recreation Department for improving, <br />preserving and restoring the Houlton Farm Property Conservation Area. . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four - fifths <br />vote, to acknowledge the support and commend The Trust for Public Land for their <br />donation. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Wagner , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Olsen, Westgaard, Burandt, Wagner, and Mayor Dietz <br />and the following against: none , whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />The following members were present: Mayor John J.
