of <br /> Memorandum <br /> Rive? <br /> To: Energy City Commissioners <br /> From: Kristin Mroz,Environmental Technician <br /> Date: February 18,2015 <br /> Subject: Updates <br /> The February 18,2015 Energy City Commission meeting will be cancelled due to lack of <br /> agenda items this month. <br /> High 5 Program <br /> The packets for both the residential and commercial High 5 programs are complete and fully <br /> compliant with city branding rules. Staff will be meeting with Communications department <br /> in order to develop an online form. The program should be operational by the next Energy <br /> City meeting. <br /> Contractor High 5 Kickoff Meeting <br /> Energy City staff,the Elk River Municipal Utilities,and the Economic Development <br /> Authority has partnered in hosting two commercial and one residential forums focusing on <br /> rebates,incentives,and programs (including the High 5 Program) available for energy <br /> efficiency and sustainability projects. <br /> The commercial programs will be held on April 22 at 7:00 a.m. and again at 11:00 a.m. at the <br /> Elk River City Hall.
