Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Energy City <br /> Commission was called to order by Sagstetter at 8:31 a.m. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Sagstetter led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 3. Consider Agenda <br /> Moved by Westgaard and seconded by Tanaka to approve the December 17, <br /> 2014 Energy City Commission agenda,with the addition of 6.3 Denny Chuba <br /> Presenter request <br /> 4. Consider October 15, 2014 Minutes <br /> Moved by Chuba and seconded by Steinbeck to approve the October 15,2014 <br /> Energy City Commission minutes,without change. <br /> 5.1 Review High 5 Program <br /> Mroz gave the staff report. <br /> Sagstetter stated that he has money in the 2014 Elk River Municipal Utilities budget <br /> which could be used to purchase Chamber bucks as an incentive for the High 5 <br /> participants.
