Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> Moved by Commissioner Nystrom and seconded by Commissioner Ahlness <br /> to approve the November 12,2014 Parks and Recreation Commission meeting <br /> agenda. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 3. Consider Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Sagan and seconded by Commissioner Nystrom to <br /> approve the following September 30,2014 Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> Work Session Minutes. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Ahlness and seconded by Commissioner Sagan to <br /> approve the following October 8,2014 Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> Regular Meeting Minutes. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum <br /> Nate Benkofstze, 15470 County Road 35,Elk River,MN. Stated he believed that the <br /> Houlton Farm should be open to hunting. Located in an area that is great for <br /> wildlife. Good opportunity for the area to come together. <br /> Debbie Rydberg,Elk River Chamber requested that there be no ice this year around <br /> the outside of the hockey rinks at Handke Pit for their Shiver event. <br />
