The event will take place at the Elk River Senior High School Football Arena. The <br />Lions Club already holds a gambling premises permit to allow gambling at the Broadway Bar <br />and Pizza, 16754 Highway 10. Because the raffle event will not take place at the location of <br />the Premise Permit, the State requires that the Council adopt a resolution approving an <br />application for off-site gambling. <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br /> <br />Council motion adopting the attached resolution approving application for Elk River Lions <br />Club to conduct annual off-site gambling. <br /> <br />S:CLERK/LICENSES/GAMBLING/Off-Site Gambling Memo <br /> <br /> <br />
