ORDINANCE 04-06 <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING <br /> SECTION 2-52 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> <br />Underlined text is proposed for insertion. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section. 2-52. Regular meetings. <br /> <br />Regular meetings of the council shall be held on the first, second, and third and four~& <br />Mondays of each calendar month at such time of day as the city council shall establish by <br />resolution.
