RESOLUTION 04-11 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL FOR <br /> THE ELK'S QUARTERBACK CLUB <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The Elk's Quarterback Club has made application to the <br />State Gambling Control Board for a Premises Permit <br />Renewal; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Premises Permit will allow charitable gambling on the <br />premises of Time Out Sports Bar located at 19232 Evans <br />Street in the City of Elk River for the period of August 1, <br />2004 through July 31, 2006; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The Elk's Quarterback Club has met the city's requirement <br />of spending 75 percent of its lawful expenditures within the <br />city's trade area during the past two years. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Elk River, Minnesota that a Premises Permit be granted to The Elk's <br />Quarterback Club to allow charitable gambling operations at Time Out <br />Sport's Bar located at 19232 Evans Street in the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 23rd day of February 2004. <br /> <br /> Steptianie Klinzin~, M~ayo~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Joan Schmidt, City Clerk <br /> <br />04-11 <br /> <br /> <br />
