CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 04- 10 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />TO CHANGE THE LAND USE FROM MR (Medium Density Residential) <br />TO HB (Highway Business) <br /> <br />Case No. LU 03-05 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462.355, Subdivision 2, prescribes the <br />procedure for amending the Comprehensive Plan, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on Tuesday, January <br />29, 2004, and made no recommendation regarding the Comprehensive Plan amendment <br />request for the property generally described as: <br /> <br />Outlot A, Brentwood and Lots 3 and 4, Block 3, Ridgewood East ya Addition <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Comprehensive Plan amendment <br />request and finds the following: <br /> <br />1. The conditions have changed to warrant a change in the land use. A traffic light has <br />been installed at the 197~h Avenue/Highway 169 intersection. Previously vacant highway <br />commercial land has been developed. <br /> <br />2.
