Please see the attached agenda <br /> and minutes. <br /> General Business <br /> 6.1 Water Tower Subcommittee Update <br /> The water tower subcommittee will provide an update. <br /> 6.2 Walking Tour Update <br /> Chair Fox will provide an update. <br /> 6.3 HPC Annual Report <br /> The 2014 annual report of the Elk River Heritage Preservation Commission is due <br /> October 30,2014.The report outlines the activities of the HPC for the period between <br /> October 1,2013,and September 30,2014,and is a requirement for maintaining Certified <br /> Local Government status. Please review the draft report and provide feedback during the <br /> meeting. <br /> 6.4 Jackson Street Water Tower Condition Assessment RFP <br /> Staff requests approval to advertise for bids to hire a consultant to prepare a Condition <br /> Assessment report for the Jackson Street Water Tower.The consultant will be paid with a <br /> combination of the funds collected during the 2013 History Day in Elk River and the CLG <br /> grant received earlier this year.
