This adjustment will be handled administratively <br />through a subdivision exemption. The Council is considering a request to vacate the existing <br />drainage and utility easements associated with this common lot line. After the lot line is <br />adjusted, new 5-foot drainage and utility easements along the each side of the adjusted lot <br /> <br /> <br />
