Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the regular meeting of the Elk River <br /> Heritage Preservation Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> 2. Consider 2/8/01 Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER OLSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA. <br /> COMMISSIONER PENNER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 3. Consider 1/11/01Minutes <br /> • COMMISSIONER OLSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE 1/11/01 HPC <br /> MINUTES AS SUBMITTED. COMMISSIONER KRAGNESS SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5 TO 0. <br /> 4. Consider Items on Planning Commission 2/27/01 Agenda <br /> The Commission reviewed the items on the 2/27/01 Planning Commission agenda <br /> and felt there were no conflicts or issues regarding the preservation of the city's <br /> heritage. <br /> 5. Discuss Elk River Area Rotary's Plan to Restore the Handke Stadium <br /> Kurt Kragness reported that the Elk River Area School Board will consider the <br /> restoration of the Handke Stadium at their February 13th meeting. At this time, <br /> no action from the HPC is necessary. <br /> 6. Discuss Historic Significance of the Hunt Feed Mill <br /> Commissioner Olson reported what she knew regarding the feed mill to the <br /> group. Stephen Rohlf indicated that he would obtain more information on the <br /> structure to present to the HPC at their next meeting. <br /> • <br />
