Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Heritage <br /> Preservation Commission(HPC) was called to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> 2. Consider 5/11/00 HPC Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER OLSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE MAY 11,2000 <br /> AGENDA. <br /> COMMISSIONER NORD SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> CARRIED 4-0. <br /> II/ 3. Consider Minutes of the April 13, 2000 HPC Meeting <br /> COMMISSIONER KRAGNESS MOVED TO APPROVE THE APRIL 13, <br /> 2000 MINUTES. <br /> COMMISSION PENNER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 4. Consider Items on the Planning Commission 5/23/00 Agenda <br /> No information was available on this subject. The HPC decided to routinely <br /> review the Planning Commission agendas starting in June to identify potential <br /> conflicts with development proposals and preserving the city's heritage. <br /> 5. Consider HPC Master Plan to Accomplish Written History <br /> Because of a lack of time due to Commissioner Kragness needing to leave, it was <br /> decided that this issue will be postponed until the HPC's June meeting. <br /> 6. Discuss Moving May 16th Presentation at Library to May 17th <br /> Kurt Kragness distributed a report, dated, May 11, 2000, as well as a press release <br /> to the HPC on the open house at the library.
