Attached <br /> please find maps illustrating the extent of the Bailey holdings. It has the potential to <br /> become a premier recreational facility for the City. <br /> Recommendation <br /> The Commission should discuss the pros and cons of acquiring this property including: <br /> • 1. How to acquire the property. <br /> 2. Access issues (strangers entering my neighborhood). <br /> 3. What recreational opportunities would the City develop here?
