Attached <br /> please find maps illustrating the extent of the Bailey holdings. It has the potential to <br /> become a premier recreational facility for the City. <br /> Recommendation <br /> The Commission should discuss the pros and cons of acquiring this property including: <br /> • 1. How to acquire the property. <br /> 2. Access issues (strangers entering my neighborhood). <br /> 3. What recreational opportunities would the City develop here? Picnicking, <br /> canoe launch, fishing pier, active or passive recreation? <br /> The Commission, if it determines that the City should acquire the property, should make <br /> a recommendation to the City Council to work toward that end. <br /> • <br /> 13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
