R. Horton has been keeping staff informed of the improvements to the Trott <br /> Brook Farms Development including the development of the park. On October 7, <br /> 1999, Phil Hals and I toured the park site with Project Manager in order to witness <br /> the progress. The park site has been rough graded will be dormant seeded this fall. <br /> No borrow from the site has taken place. . The woods within the park contain some <br /> dead trees that will be removed after consulting with the Sherburne County <br /> Forester. The roads to the park will likely be paved the first week of November <br /> As this project continues to move forward, the City will need to determine the type <br /> • and style of amenities to go into the park. The ideas generated by the Park Shelter <br /> Working Group might be of some assistance.
