Since that time, additional Master Plan changes have <br /> been suggested such as additional trail connections and revisiting the Park Service <br /> Areas and park needs in the Rla zoning district. <br /> The proposed changes to the Master Plan include: <br /> • Add an AW/C park on the east side (Morrell and Brandt property) <br /> • • Add sidewalk connection from Freeport through the water tower site to Dodge <br /> Avenue NW <br /> • Add sidewalk and trail configuration along the new "Tyler Street alignment" <br /> • Add Trott Brook Farms Park and trails (and future) to the map. <br /> • Modify the snowmobile trail location <br /> • Update park names <br /> • Add a neighborhood park symbol to the PSA 7 as described in the text. <br /> While on tour, the Commission should consider the following: <br /> • Additional changes to the Master Park Plan <br /> • Specific changes to individual trails or parks. <br /> The tour will include the following parks (time permitting): <br /> • Country Crossing Park <br /> • Meadowvale Heights Park (7 Oaks) <br /> • Woodland Trails Park <br /> • Windsor Park (Proposed Park) <br /> • Mississippi River/170th Avenue NW Park (Proposed) <br /> • Trout Brook Park <br /> • Hillside City Park <br /> • Baldwin Park <br /> • • Ridgewood East Park <br /> • Deerfield 4th Park <br /> Elk River/sys/shrdoc/planning/stevewen/parkmmo/Tour.doc <br /> 13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
