The event would be held on Sunday, September 26, 1999. <br /> Attachments <br /> • Letter of Request <br /> • Analysis <br /> Ms. Penbera-Lennes' letter outlines the request more fully, including the rules of <br /> conduct they propose to use. Staff believes that these rules are appropriate and would <br /> protect the resources at Woodland Trails Park. The use of the cautionary signage <br /> would be appropriate for this event. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends that the Park and Recreation Commission endorse the dog-walking <br /> event on September 26, 1999 with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The rules of conduct outlined in Ms. Penbera-Lennes' letter of August 13, <br /> 1999 are implemented. <br /> 2.
