The BMX group is proposing to utilize a <br /> portion of the former Cass property for the BMX track and parking. Upon <br /> trying to assist the BMX group with the layout and appropriate lease area for <br /> the site, staff has developed several alternatives that would locate the <br /> parking such that it may serve future uses as well as the immediate BMX <br /> use. It has been suggested that the future use might be soccer fields. With <br /> that in mind, two alternative parking concepts have been developed. <br /> IDAttachment A illustrates three fields and Attachment B illustrates four <br /> fields. With both concepts, the BMX group would utilize the field area closest <br /> to the existing baseball fields.
