As part of the Resolution, Trott Brook Farms is required to <br /> pay fees in the amount of$900.00 per dwelling unit. At this time with the <br /> final plat of Trott Brook Farms Additions 1-4, the developer intends to pay <br /> the all the park dedication for all phases (630 units) of the development <br /> providing 11.2 acres of land (approximately 8.5 acres of upland) and 6 acres <br /> of trail corridor along the Trott Brook (approximately 1.65 acres of upland) <br /> 13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
