City of <br /> Elk <br /> River' <br /> Councilmember Mbtin introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> Resolution 14- 40 <br /> A Resolution of the City of Elk River Acknowledging Contributions <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups,organizations, and <br /> individuals for their contributions to the community;and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received donations in the year 2014 Uanuary through <br /> June) from various individuals and organizations as itemized on Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four-fifths <br /> vote, to acknowledge the support and commend these individuals and organizations for their <br /> donation. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Westgaard , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Wilson, Westgaard, and Motin <br /> and the following against:none ,whereupon said <br /> resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> The following members were present: "or John J.
