As part of the Resolution, Trott Brook Farms is required to <br /> pay fees in the amount of$900 per unit. <br /> On May 13th, 1998, the Park and Recreation Commission unanimously <br /> accepted the concept of a park dedication of: <br /> • 11.2 acres of park land (8.3 acres of upland) <br /> • • 6 acres of trail corridor along Trott Brook <br /> • Balance of dedication in cash or park improvements as discussed <br /> • <br /> The park amenities to be included in the first phase of development include: <br /> • Trail linkages to the north and east in the park <br /> • Basketball court <br /> • Hockey rink, 180 ft long <br /> • Soccer field, 300 ft long <br /> • Ballfield with 250 ft foul line <br /> • Tot lot, 40 ft across <br /> • 30 ft x 30 ft picnic structure with picnic tables scattered on site <br /> At a previous meeting on June 11, 1997, the Commission unanimously: <br /> MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONCEPT OF PARK DEDICATON CREDIT FOR <br /> IMPROVEMENTS MADE BY THE DEVELOPERS IN THE TROTT BROOK <br /> FARMS PARK,WITH DETAILS OF THE PARK WORKED OUT AND <br /> PRESENTED TO THE COMMISSION PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTING ANY <br /> IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> • <br /> 13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
