With the exception of the Grace <br /> Assembly of God, Bailey Point, and Santwire properties, the parcels identified are all <br /> outside of the Urban Service District. It is anticipated that those areas identified by the <br /> Commission within the Urban Service District will be acquired through the platting and <br /> subdivision processes. <br /> Staff needs some direction from the Commission as to the level of priority for these <br /> • identified parcels.
