River <br /> TO: Park and Recreation Commission <br /> FROM: Michele McPherson;Director of Planning <br /> DATE: September 13, 2000 <br /> SUBJECT: Review Administrative Subdivision Request , Case No. AS 00-6 <br /> Marlene Hentges is requesting an administrative subdivision to create a separate <br /> buildable parcel from an approximately 23 acre parcel, located at the northeast corner of <br /> the intersection of 223rd Avenue and Quinn Street.
