Status of Charest Mississippi Parcel <br /> Please refer to the attached memo from Steve Rohlf for the results of the Charest <br /> case. In summary, the City prevailed against Mr. Charest. <br /> 3. Preliminary Plat: Norwood Addition <br /> This is a 4 for 40 subdivision in which three new lots will be created. Cash will be <br /> collected for park dedication ($4200). <br /> 4. Preliminary Plat: K & L Addition <br /> This is a 20-lot subdivision of all parcels located in the northeast corner of the <br /> intersection of Highway 10 and 173rd Avenue. Cash will be collected for park <br /> dedication ($82,230). <br /> 5. Administrative Subdivisions: Lang & Hinkle <br /> a. Dale Lang is proposing a two-lot administrative subdivision on 209th Avenue. <br /> Cash will be collected for park dedication ($1400). <br /> b.
