City of <br /> "T71*k <br /> ,k <br /> 0 <br /> River <br /> Councilmember Westgaard introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> Resolution 14- 35 <br /> A Resolution of the City of Elk River Acknowledging Contributions <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br /> individuals for their contributions to the community, and <br /> WHEREAS, flie City of Elk Diver received donations in the year 2014 (January through <br /> June) from various individuals and organizations as itemized on Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four-fifths, <br /> vote, to acknowledge the support and coma-end these individuals and organizations for their <br /> donation. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilinember <br /> Wilson , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Ma Dietz. Councilmembers Wilson, Westgaard, Burandt, and Motin <br /> and the following against: none whereupon said <br /> resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> The following members were present: Mayor John J.
