City of <br /> 'If <br /> EE 11 <br /> L*Kd=Mftft_5�: <br /> River <br /> Councilmember- West card —introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> Resolution 14- 37 <br /> A Resolution of the City of Elk River Acknowledging Contributions <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br /> individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $3,100 donation from the Friends of the Elk <br /> River Library with the intent it be used by the library for new shelving. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four-fifths <br /> vote, to acknowledge the support and commend the Friends of the Elk River Library for <br /> their donation. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Wilson , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof, <br /> Mayor Dietz ......Councilmembers Wilson, Westgaard, Burandt, and Motin <br /> and the following against: none whereupon said <br /> resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> The following members were present. Mayor John J.
