The City Council in 2000,approved a conditional use <br /> • permit allowing a 4,000 square foot addition to the structure. <br /> After further review and continued design work,staff has determined that additional office <br /> space is needed in order to provide adequate space for growth for City Recreation(formerly <br /> Community Recreation). The Elk River City Council approved providing additional funds <br /> towards the addition in order to provide additional space.
