The property is 14.5 acres in area. The <br /> applicant is proposing to create two parcels;Parcel A equaling 9.63 acres and Parcel equaling <br /> 4.89 acres. There is an existing home and garage located on what will be proposed Parcel A. <br /> The Master Park Plan does not indicate any parks in this general vicinity. An area-wide <br /> identification circle is located west of the subject property. A trail could be constructed <br /> within the County right of way when and if County Road 33 is reconstructed. Staff would <br /> recommend that the Commission recommend cash dedication for one lot for this request. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends that the Park and Recreation Commission recommend cash for one lot <br /> for park dedication purposes. <br /> • <br /> S:\PARK&REC\AS01-07.DOC <br />
